What is the difference between a voltage stabilizer and a voltage protector?

They are designed to protect valuable electronic devices at your home like fridge, television, washing machines, etc.

Voltage Protector: cut-off voltage connection if it is not withing the specified voltage range.

Voltage Stabilizer: The voltage stabilizer works as a moderator and stimulates the voltage up or down, so that the flow remains stable.

PS: In most instances a Voltage Stabilizer is part of the feature of an Automatic Voltage Regulator or the same, depending on the manufacturer.
