1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
    • The Seller reserves the right, within its sole discretion, to limit/deny return of any Product if it is found to be damaged, defaced and/or incomplete (including packaging and owner manuals) in any way.
    • Where Seller accepts a Product being returned by the Buyer, all such Products returned by the Buyer (after acceptance by the Buyer) are subject to a re-stocking charge, calculated as ten percent (10%) of the Product’s purchase price. This restocking charge shall be paid by the Buyer to the Seller before the Seller accepts the Product being returned.
    • Delivery and/or installation fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed by the Seller.

Personalized or customized items, special order items, services, gift vouchers, items sold during a sale or other of the Seller’s promotions, gift items and damaged or abused items
